The Rentokil Initial Board is recommending a final dividend in respect of 2022 of 5.15p per share, payable to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11 April 2023, to be paid on 17 May 2023. This equates to a full-year dividend of 7.55p per share, an increase of 18.2% compared to 2021. The last day for DRIP elections is 25 April 2023.
